Cancellation and Refund Policy
To ensure the efficient operation and delivery of digital technology services, including website and application development (including WordPress Website Packages), digital service system development, digital marketing services, and comprehensive digital consulting, the Company hereby informs users of its Cancellation and Refund Policy as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the User: Users may request to cancel a service package or suspend a project at any time by submitting a written request through the Company’s official communication channels.
Effect of Cancellation: Once the user has notified the Company of the cancellation, the Company will immediately cease development or discontinue the provision of the services. However, the user shall not be entitled to any refund for any service fees already paid, whether the payment was made in full or in installments.
Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel the service or suspend the project if the user is found to have violated the terms of service, failed to make payment within the specified period, or provided false information that adversely affects the Company’s operations.
2. Refund Policy
Important Notice: The Company maintains a “Strictly No Refunds” policy.
Once the user has made payment for any service, deposit, or service package provided by the Company, no refund shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever for the following reasons:
Resources and Operations: The Company’s services involve software development, design, and consulting. Once an engagement has been confirmed, the Company is required to allocate its professional team, plan the system, and commence work immediately. As a result, personnel and operational costs are incurred from the outset.
Third-Party Costs: Certain fees included in the service package (such as Hosting, Domain Name, Premium Templates, or additional Plug-ins) are payments made to third-party service providers and are therefore non-refundable.
Nature of Digital Products: Digital products and services, including intellectual property, source code, and design work that have been delivered or have entered the development process, cannot be returned or resold.
3. Service Modification
Although the Company does not offer refunds, for the benefit of your business, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from continuing the original project, you may contact the Company to discuss possible alternative solutions (subject to the Company’s review and approval on a case-by-case basis), including:
- Requesting to temporarily suspend or postpone the project for a specified period.
- Modifying the scope of work or changing to another type of service offered by the Company with a value equivalent to the remaining project balance.
